Wanted on voyage: Latest monograph: H.b.s.s. Nascopie

I have published my latest monograph on Wanted On Voyage:

https://wantedonthevoyage.blogspot.c...-nascopie.html

A legend in The True North, but sadly unknown or unappreciated elsewhere, NASCOPIE was built in 1912 for Hudson’s Bay Co. and Job Bros. as a supply/passenger steamer for the former and sealer for the latter, and one of the unique icebreaking merchantmen originating in Newfoundland. NASCOPIE went on to serve the northernmost reaches of the British Empire, help blaze the Northwest Passage and uniquely served in two world wars under the same Captain, over 35 eventful years.

Offered on this Dominion (Canada) Day… the first comprehensive history of this stalwart little steamer--

H.B.S.S. NASCOPIE (1912-1947).
