Burntisland asks a question on the other forum, which I haven't got the energy or intellect to fathom the workings off, and this question is about TOTA. I was a member about 15 years ago and let the membership drop but I would say it hasn't functioned for a long time. A pity because I sailed with some excellent people (Including Timmy Olney) who knocked me into shape.
