- Biography
- Started my Seagoing career with Furness Withy in 1977 and progressed to Master via a number of companies. 1998. Then moved into a Pilot/Loading Master position with Mobil Equatorial Guinea Inc (MEGI) on the Zafiro and Serpentina Terminals from 1998 to 2005. From 2005 to October 2007, a brief spell with Adsteam at Felixstowe as Marine Manager and at South Tyneside College as a Lecturer, before moving to Cyprus to become a Marine Superintendent with Interorient. October 2008 to June 2011, Vice President, Quality Assurance and Marine for Victoria Navigation in Limassol. July 2011 to September 2012 - feet up and enjoying a long needed rest! September 2012 to 2023 - Marine Superintendent with a British management company, managing British registered vessels with British crew. July 2023 - Marine Simulator Lecturer
