- I was a marine engineer for 20 years in major shipping companies B&I, Irish Shipping Ltd, CP Ships (Canadian Pacific) and Sembawang Johnson Pte, of Singapore. I am passionate about ships and lately I have been searching for old shipmates online. With time now on my hands, yep, I've just retired, I am hoping to find all my old photos so I can share with those who I have sailed with. It will take a while as they are buried away for many years and haven't seen light of day since swallowing the anchor. I am also a passionate Licensed radio amateur enthusiast and looking forward to rebuilding my station so I can listen to the world again. I used to carry a SWL set when I was at sea but times have changed.
