- I’m a genealogist researching the Russian steamship company the Murmansk Steam Ship Company. The Russian Revolution saw the loss of many of their ships but some continued under a British flag. The Tsar had an interest in the company and many ships were built in Newcastle. I’m researching the history of both the company and the ships.
