The one reason why she did not dry dock immediately upon arrival at the port as they wanted to prefabricate the bulbous bow first. They gave the repair time as 3 weeks that was 4 weeks ago. Not like the Chinese to run late.

Now out and about again.
AIS back online and heading for Yangshen.

She has arrived in Shanghai at the deep water port of Yangshan, the largest container port in the world, which is fully automated.They can work on 10 container ships at any one time. Vessels in port 50.due in next 24 hours 144, vessels departing 135. (Info on ytube)

Now heading for Ningbo.

The Evergiven is now in Taiwan. No doubt she maybe making her owners some dollars.

I think the title of this thread is now well past it's sell by date. Good luck to her and all who sail in her as she will forever have a stigma.

As there is no posts today, I thought to keep site open I would post another on Evergiven she is now heading for the Chinese port of Yantian.

Plastic nick-nacks won't be here for Christmas. "Oh dear. How sad. Never mind"
