I had to inspect a vessel. It was planned for Cartagena but it was the G7 meeting and the air tickets cost an arm and a leg, plus there were no hotel rooms. This was when they took away a plaque recently dedicated by Prince Charles.

I ended up catching up with the vessel in its last port, Baranquilla - "Where the girls dance like THIS!" according to Shakira. I really would have liked going to Cartagena better........
