I have decided to abandon my salvage claim for HMAS Adelaide for three reasons:

1. It looks terrible.
2. It is powered by an aircraft engine.
3. They might give me the ship instead of the money.

Being a Kiwi I find the British comments about the Australian Navy not very good,don't throw stones as I can give you some comments about your navy from Jebel Ali which would not make good reading. Those in glass houses should not throw stones. I am merchant navy only but have piloted quite a few navy vessels from quite a few nations.

I read in todays ABC News,

Sadly they would seem to have two choices;

2. Work to prop up the collapsing nursing home industry where the PM has promised defence personnel to assist.

Such work is suitable for riflemen, grunts and jet jocks. Navy are far too busy rooting around for their Spanish dictionary.
