I also do it on a tablet, and like Malcolm, the Super is just too hard at the Supreme setting. So make it the next ‘level’ to do it. But then do not offer an answer.
I enjoy the jigsaws for the ‘fun’ and work on the picture puzzles as best I can.

Sparkie2182 7th October 2022 09:43

Thanks Nick.
Whats the optimum level?

I would say Hard takes around 20-30 minutes?
Very Hard would be good for overnight puzzles.
Also, not too sure how often you are expecting an answer?
Last nights was clear that you wanted to know. So pose a question if you do want an answer.
Still glad you are on here.
Bit miffed about Kalk Bay! I lived in Cape Town for 4 years, and regularly sailed all around the Cape, so should have picked it up.

Sparkie2182 7th October 2022 13:28

Cape Town..... Sparkies favourite place alongside anywhere in NZ.
We stayed In "Cork" Bay for thee weeks.....really a special sort of place.…..it was the only region of SA to have integrated living throughout the apartheid years as i understand it.....the local authorities just ignored it.

First month update.....

The puzzles tend to be tendered for the quality of the pictures... enjoyment only...if a response is required i ask for it.

I intended using the hardest setting for the overnight post.....and the lesser settings for uk daily use.
I think that slipped occasionally.....i will revert back to it from today.

Thanks for the feedback......its really useful when running the quiz.....it reduces timewasting for everyone

Today is the 4th week of the quiz which has almost 9,000 views to its tally......1 every 4 minues 24/7 if my
mental arithmetic still holds true.
Thanks to everyone who has helped.

Sadly.

I am not the best person to ask regarding jigsaws, I will do them as and when I feel inclined and have the time. I don’t go out of my way to look for them.
If there is a question to be answered I will have a crack if I can - so keep them coming and I will do my best.
When I open one on my desk PC I am constrained by using a mouse, aggravating my RSI, so a touch screen is better. I will try a larger touch screen sometime and see how it goes.

#883 - HMS Collingwood 1882, would seem to be a reasonable candidate.

Malcolm G 7th October 2022 16:50

#894 - Sitmar's Fairstar perhaps.

Sparkie2182 7th October 2022 18:33

"#883 - HMS Collingwood 1882"
