#15640 appears to be USS Tennessee; the lower walkway around the conning tower (level with the top of No 2 14" turret) does not continue aft of the conning tower; California's was an extension of the deck at the same level along the whole of the bridge structure). The photo is not of USS Colorado, which has twin 16" turrets - three barrels are visible in each of the for'd turrets.
