The Three Queens and Red Arrows

The three Queens, Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria will leave Southampton together at 1730 today Friday 10th August 2018. The Red Arrows will give a display at Cowes at 1930 to celebrate Cowes Week. Then at 1952, they will fly over the three Queens in the Solent. I will sadly not be able to get there, but those who can please take your camera and post them here :thumb:

I watched it on AIS. Queen Mary 2 was ahead, with Queen Elizabeth on her port side with Queen Victoria on her starboard side making an arrow shape, quite apt for the Red Arrows! This happened off Stokes Bay in the Solent at 1952 as stated. Both my son and I wanted to see it, but was unable due to the hairdresser calling on us. The best view would have been from the end of Ryde Pier where I often park the car.

Hopefully, members would have seen it and post pictures.

The Red Arrows came over our house on their way to Cowes just before 1930, their timing always immaculate.
