Unable to post replies to pictures posted to Gallery

In the past few days I have been blocked from making any "Quick Replies" to pictures posted in the Gallery using my normal browser - Chrome. I wondered if I had transgressed in some way and been barred !

I now find that if I use Firefox as a browser I can still add replies to Gallery picture threads.

Can anyone kindly explain how I can sort out this problem so that I can revert to using "Chrome" ?

I have the same problem. I will try Firefox. Thanks for the tip.

Well, I gave it a try and it works perfectly. I was using Safari and every time I looked at a photo for 30 seconds or so I had to log in again. It sometimes took me an hour to post a comment. I was having this problem for about 2 months now.

I also had another problem since last weekend. Every time I logged in I got this message starting with "We value your privacy". It wouldn't have been a problem if it was only when I logged it, but I also got it when visiting every gallery. Every post I wanted to read, every thumbnail I clicked on, every new comment I got this message and no matter if I agreed or disagreed I couldn't get rid of it.

That problem disappeared too after using Firefox. So thanks Nick, the frustration is gone, the joy is back.

Just tried it with Win 10 and Google Chrome and it worked with no problem

I can see your test post but I still cannot add my answer in the Gallery. Seems crazy as I can originate or answer threads here on the forum whilst using Google Chrome !

Even stranger, following your test post I found that I can only reply if I quote a previous post.

Members,

Sorry for delay in getting back to you, I missed the post!

I will pass this to Admin and they will have a look and get back to you.
