Anyway it seems that the next objective will be Moldova. Used to be part of Romania and has a few ethnic Russians living there, mainly on the border with Ukraine.

Well, if Vlad thinks he can send his tanks into London "To protect Russian nationals and assets", he will find that Mayor Khan will stop him at the M25 because the tanks won't meet Sadiq's new Ultra Low Emissions zone. Also Wales is safe because it declared itself to be a Nuclear Free Zone.
