Port Phillip Pilot boat wrecked
 

IF the TV news is to be believed a Port Phillip Pilot boat was wrecked on rocks off Point Lonsdale last night.

The crew of three was apparently rescued by Water Police after some time on the rocks.

The boat has been destroyed.

Well they have pictures, so must be true…

When the Pilot doesn’t know where the rocks are - Start worrying!

Apparently the 'indestructible'* Pilot vessel was named Corsair.

I assume the pilot was not onboard.

Only three of them David. All rescued OK.
* Again media talk 'after searching the area the three men were found alongside the boat'.

Like cooks and broth then?

Too many pilots: Run onto rocks. Or if canal based: Two pilots to thank for bow stuck in bank (I am reliably told that their VDR transcript and translation was most unislamic).
