I still maintain that you can't slam a 200,000 ton vessel into the Sinai Desert at 14kts and not expect some issues right back down the line of mechanical connections. Time will tell.

I would think that ramming into the Sinai desert...

I would think that ramming into the Sinai desert at 14kts has not done a lot of good to all sorts of joints and alignments. She has not managed more than 10 kts since weighing anchor at Port Said.
