#14445 is not HMS Roebuck (pendant no F195). It shows HMS Verulam, apparently taken on 3 May 1963 by an aircraft from RAF Gibraltar. Correction - date quoted should be 1962. Oops

Tongue in cheek, USS Washington (SSN-787) IS a Virginia-class nuclear powered attack submarine. USS Washington WAS a North Carolina class Battleship.:)
