You are only jealous in that Irish Peerages were employed as 'starter' awards (Duncan was offered one for his service during the 1797 mutinies. Fortunately his later service in preventing de Winter from landing Wolfe Tone near his Grace's hometown secured him one in a peerage of one of his Majesty's more senior Realms).
