IOM...Isle of Men. Tough as old boots. Those guys can cope with anything Including High speed Motorcycles. Strict border control means English, Irish and Scottish are closely checked. any sign of weakness and they get sent away back from whence they came.
Have to admire them really for the way they protect their Island Nation.
