Doesn't apply here in Wictoria, just speak loudly and confidently; it doesn't matter what you say, the more outrageous the better, as both the Opposition and the Media are either impotent, ineffective or both.
It also helps if one wears a shiny new crash hat and a bright flak jacket both with FIGJAM logos, of course.
