Not sure what it is you're using to try for the SN site, desktop ? laptop ? tablet or phone ? But if you can get to this site ok that sounds like an addressing or browser problem.
If you're using a desktop/laptop with Windows try opening a command prompt window and entering this command: ping
www.shipsnostalgia.com
and you should get a reply as shown in the screenshot I've shown. If you do get a reply then your computer is seeing it, but the browser seems to have a problem.
This will only work with a desktop/laptop.
