A tug had passed my mind but her present position is clear (as can be) of traffic and so maybe hull inspection? Better in the Med with (perhaps) time on their hands than in murkier and choppier waters further North.
I would have been more worried about the stern being involved. If there were structural damages forward such that reduced speed was mandated I imagine they would not have been allowed further than the nearest repair facility (which might be Malta, not far South of her presently).
