A couple of weeks ago I tried some 'Spelt Rye' bread from asda to help with my diet. Didn't agree with me at all. Flatulence, I have never known anything like it. Nearly blew the toilet seat cover off. So I kicked that one into touch. Any good tips concerning bread would be helpful. No white bread though.
