first off, do you know how to use copy and paste text on your pc or whatever you use?

Presuming you have the hang of that. Go to the video on youtube.
Underneath the video is a button entitled 'share', click on that

Then click on the embed button
ytembed.jpg
Now copy the embed code
ytcode.jpg
Now come to this thread and paste the code in to your post, that's all you need do.
