A pound each of wholemeal and mixed seed flour. One packet of dried yeast. Drop of honey or treacle or some apple juice (for the sugar). Teaspoon or less of lo-salt salt and a handful of linseed. Warm water to make-up.

Into trundle-trundle machine. Trundle-trundle until decent dough. 2 hours or so to prove depending on temp. Into two round tins. Leave to rise. 50 minutes at gas mark 8.

And if you think shop bought Rye bread makes you fart wait until you try mine.

Oops. Add to flour a sherry glass of vegetable oil.
