Maybe it's because both pictures look to show the same vessel. You do a great job in setting up these puzzles for us and as many ships are difficult to identify from their sisters your task isn't easy.

They do not show the same vessel. I have checked them at least five times. #8398 is HMS Granville F197. #8399 is HMS Zulu F124. He must have clicked on the same puzzle twice in his haste to solve them.
