Question Lost Contact

I wonder if anyone can help with this:

James (Jim) Lough from Eyemouth in Berwickshire. He was a cadet with me in Ben Line from 1966 to 1969, including an MAR course in 1968 at King Teds. Contact lost for a bit then at some point he was working for Texaco Overseas Tankship in their chartering department at Knightsbridge but then returned to sea with Ben Line for a while as AB, moving to Seaforth based at Aberdeen and from what I heard ended up as a Leading Seaman (is this a correct title on anchor handlers?). After that we lost touch again and I'd like to find out what happened to him. He'd be in his early 70s now.
