It is one of 21 built in Korea [AEG Cranes ] and picture taken post 86 when they got in the real world and fitted Satcom. I can list all 21 but will not

Its a Feodosia Class vessel, a "Big Russian", one of three.

I'll guess Al Ahmadiah.

Full name Ibn al Nafees one of the first batch out of Ulsan in 77. I believe they built 4 ships together in one dry dock.
