What is that on HMSM Talent?

I have just watched the sailing of HMSM Talent from Devonport, on You Tube (Warship TV), and early on there is a Daley like protuberance on her bow. The cameraman obviously spots it, as he zooms in.
I don’t suppose we will ever know for sure, but very intriguing.

I think you're right Nick, We are unlikely to find out what its purpose is on an open forum such as SH.
