I focus on solving a jigsaw puzzle to increase my ability to concentrate on other tasks by calming me down due to the effects of dopamine. Doing jigsaw puzzles is a really simple way to improve my creativity levels and it lifts my mood to new heights improving my mental health and general well being.

It's not about winning, but how you play the game but if I can finish before Tmac or Makko its a huge bonus.
