Couldn`t agree more, but at present time does not allow deep searches, so I apologise for not digging deeper.

JustWin, don`t think they are loading properly unless the system has changed, as you can do it all automatically & see the finished article before starting.

Well I just did one with all the pieces appearing. I did not press any of the buttons above the puzzle. I will scrap it now that you can see the finished puzzle when pressing one of the buttons.

Jigsawplanet and the other one I tried have faults that allow the player to view the image without completing the puzzle. On 'Flash gear' that was not possible. So until I find one that's safe I won't be posting any puzzles.

Windows 10 stopped supporting it last year. It was very good. Everything has gone wrong in the last few months especially googling images/photos. A lot harder to find things now because of Getty, Allamy and Pinterest got to display images/photos. It's crap now. Not anywhere as good as when I started about nine years ago.

The other thing I noticed about those you posted today was the size of the pieces, all on the small side & a struggle for the eyes. I was obviously living in ignorance as I`ve never heard of Getty etc,. great to not know sometimes, but thanks for the further update.

The point of the quiz was to do the puzzle then identify the image. Waste of time creating a puzzle that can be viewed if the player can just click a box to see the image. No fun in that.

Great pity that JW, your puzzles were a highlight of my day even if I did get the majority wrong.

I am still trying. This all went wrong after windows 10 was introduced. The Flash - Player is not the same as it used to be, so you can't upload the video of the puzzles.

Windows 10 is an absolute pain!

Sorry to hear about the problem. I can get a small image of the completed puzzle which is I suppose a bit like having the picture on a jigsaw box to work with - but I never used it and only found it a minute ago.

I too like the puzzles and do try to identify the vessels if they are in my area of knowledge and have not been done already. The time difference here in Malaysia works both ways - sometimes I get a head start sometimes I am too late!

Whatever, I enjoy the quiz and hope you can continue it.

McC

Did some searching last night to try and find a puzzle creater that keeps the image hidden. No luck. Jigidi was also one that was made redundant when they blocked Flash-gear puzzles. Destroyed hundreds if not thousands that were created over the years on S/N and S/H. You can't go back and play them again. Anyway I will put some on later. It's up to the player if they need to view the image before the puzzle is completed. Will still search for an alternative site.

Cap San Diego class, but for the life of me I can`t find the photo. Not too keen on the size of the pieces, & movement seems slow when moving around, took me 16 mins. On balance I would for the sake of the poor old eyes have to pass, which is a shame. Like others have said W10 a pain. Thanks for looking for an alternative though.
