ER thanks for that as I wasn`t aware that she had started out with Regent, but did wonder why she didn`t seem to fit the profiles of any other Texaco vessels. In my defence she is seen here in Texaco colours, but should have looked further afield.

The Texaco Gloucester and the Texaco Durham were the Regent Eagle and Regent Falcon on Bareboat Charter from John I Jacobs. They were powered by Doxfords and were the motorships in a steamship company especially if you count T2's as steamships.
